The EMRS DTC is funded by the MoD with the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory acting as the contracting authority. The consortium is lead by BAE Systems Avionics Limited who are the prime contractors. This site provides information on EMRS DTC including its organisation and management, press releases, events and full text briefing papers. It also contains details on research programmes which include RF Systems, EO Systems, Transduction Devices and Materials, and Transducer Embedded Processing. There is also information on research proposals which include Battle Damage Assessment and TeraHertz Imaging. Electronic Warfare Test and Evaluation Research and Technology Organization Advanced Guidance for Alliance Research and Development report, RTO-AG-300-V17, sponsored by the RTO Systems Concepts and Integration Panel (SCI), and published in 2000. The report is about the testing and evaluation of electronic warfare systems, ranging from laboratory tests, through ground-based simulations, to verification in the open air. The document is contained in the RTO's full text publcation library.
